[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police on Saturday were able to arrest one of two suspects in the execution style shooting of 22 – year – old Senasi Lewis.
The 19 – year – old suspect, who is known to the police, resides at Sussex Street, Charlestown and was arrested in the past in connection with several serious crimes. iNews understands that he turned himself over to the police in the company of his lawyer, Nigel Hughes.
The police are also looking for his brother, who is wanted in connection with the murder of the young man.
Lewis was gunned down early Friday morning (September 04) outside the Ghetto Flex Bar in Albouystown. The young man was shot some nine times about the body by two men, as he and three others were standing outside the bar at James and Albouys Street just before 03:00 hrs.
iNews understands that two men pulled up in a white car, came out on foot and opened fire, hitting Senasi several times. The other men, including a United States citizen, were also injured.
