[www.inewsguyana.com] – Two St Lucian women are expected to appear in the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court to be slapped with cocaine trafficking charges after they were busted with the illegal substance at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA).
Officials at the Customs and Anti-Narcotics Unit have revealed that the two middle aged women were busted shortly before boarding a Caribbean Airlines flight.
iNews understands that the cocaine was found on the women after a routine pat down. The cocaine, wrapped in plastics and reportedly 8 inches long – was found inserted in the women’s vaginas.
Only recently, two men were busted at a city hotel where they swallowed cocaine pellets and a Guyanese cosmetologist was also busted with cocaine pellets in her stomach at the John F Kennedy airport.
