A security guard attached to Pritipaul Singh Investments was earlier today granted bail for damaging private property, when he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
Neville Haynes, 39, of lot 419 Norton Street, Georgetown pleaded not guilty with explanation to the charge which stated that on September 30, 2016 at North East La Penitance, Georgetown, he unlawfully and maliciously damage motor car PVV 3625, property of Otis Khan also known as ‘Clive’.
Haynes was granted $30,000 bail and is expected to return to court on October 17, 2016.
