[www.inewsguyana.com] – Twenty five – year – old push cart vendor was today (Wednesday December 3), remanded to prison on a murder charge when he appeared in the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
Quincy Messiah of Lot 9 Camp and Durban Street, Georgetown made his appearance before Magistrate Ann McLennan and was not required to plead to the indictable offence.
Particulars of which stated that on Friday, November 28 at Lot 9 Camp and Durban Street, Georgetown he murdered Trevor Raghubeer.
The unrepresented man told the Court that he sells CDs.
Police Prosecutor Dinero Jones did not revealed the particulars of the case. He indicated that the file is incomplete and the matter was put off to January 5, 2015.
