[www.inewsguyana.com] – A car (PPP 6731) transporting four prisoners this morning (Tuesday, June 10) crashed head on with a mini bus (BLL 6398).
The Officer driving the vehicle that was transporting the Prisoners along the Ruimzeight, West Coast Demerara public road was pulled from the car in an unconscious state after being pinned for several minutes. 
The prisoners are reportedly seriously injured and have been transported to the hospital. The accident occurred at around 6 hours 10.
When contacted by iNews, Director of Prisons Welton Trotz could not provide further details.
