GPL and City Hall are big thieves.
GPL dont have the guts to enter some villages to stop electricity theft but they have the man power and guts to go and cut the poor people power off if they are late with a 1500 payment and City Hall dont have manpower to clean up the city stench but have loaded vehicles raining down on you if you did not notify them that you are doing repairs to your property. The City Hall Bruck up and Mash up Crew is there faster than lightening.
