[www.inewsguyana.com] – A pork knocker was found guilty for possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking on Wednesday September 18. Twenty – eight – year old George Duncan of 17 Cane Street Meadow Bank Georgetown made his first court appearance on August 15 before Magistrate Ann Mc Lennan, where he pleaded not guilty.
A trial commenced and he was found not guilty on Wednesday by Magistrate Judy Latchman.
The particulars of the case revealed that ranks acting on information stopped and searched the accused during which 30 grams of cannabis were found on his possession.
