[www.inewsguyana.com] – A Pork Knocker of Anns Grove, East Coast Demerara was placed on $50,000 bail by Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on an attempt to commit a felony charge.
Frank Thomas pleaded not guilty to the charge, which stated that on Saturday, March 14 at Arangoy, with intent to commit a felony he attempted to break and enter the business place of Simone Simon.
Police Inspector Michael Grant told the Court that Thomas was charged with simple larceny three years ago but was not convicted of the offence.
The matter was transferred to the Bartica Magistrate’s Court for March 26.
