[www.inewsguyana.com] – A Senior manager of the National Communications Network (NCN) Inc is counting his losses after hundreds of dollars in US currency and gold went missing from his office.
The Senior Manager has been identified as Raymond Azeez. The police have been called in and at least two cleaners have been questioned.
iNews was informed that the money went missing sometime between the first week in November and today, Monday November 25. According to information received, Azeez has been keeping the cash and jewelry in his office and last saw it about two weeks ago when he added more to the collection.
However, when he attempted to add some more valuables or cash to collection today, he realized that all he had been stock piling were missing.
iNews has been reliably informed that despite the presence of cameras which monitor almost every angle of the company, there is no footage available to prove who went into the office and removed the items even though the cameras are working.
When contacted this evening (Monday, November 25) Azeez would not comment on the issue and directed this news agency to the Chief Executive Officer Michael Gordon.
Meanwhile, iNews was also informed that milk – powder was also stolen from Azeez’s office.
