A wanted bulletin has been issued for Winston Sherlock Wade called ‘Quarters’ in relation to the alleged abduction of Tarzim Gafoor which took place three days ago at Windsor Forest, West Coast Demerara (WCD).
Reports are that Gafoor, a businessman, was abducted from his home while he was escorting Wade (a fellow businessman) into his house. Two men held onto him and pushed him into a white car which Wade also joined.
However, Gafoor was freed about an hour after his abductors realised that they had the wrong man in their custody.
Persons with information that may lead to the arrest of Wade are asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 268-2343, 268- 2298, 268-2222, 225-6411, 225-2227, 911 or the nearest police station.
The suspect’s last known addresses are Lot 59 Stanleytown, New Amsterdam, Berbice, and Lot 25 Oleander Gardens, East Coast Demerara (ECD).
