The children did a small formal closing ceremony for the senior officers of the Force including Assistant Commissioner Balram Persaud, who is performing the duties of Commissioner of Police.
Coordinator of the Camp, Senior Superintendent Maxine Graham who was credited for doing a splendid job in ensuring that the camp was successful, expressed appreciation to camp mother, Desiree Fowler, other female police officers members of the security team and other support staff, who also played a very important role in the event.
The camp was held under the theme: “Empowering Youth Through Social Partnership for A Better Guyana”.
