The court was told that on September 28 at his home, he made use of threatening behavior against his sister Bibi Bacchus. According to police prosecutor Vishnu Hunt; the accused was under the influence of alcohol when he picked up a cutlass, advanced towards his sister, pushed the cutlass to her face and told her that he will chop her.
