[www.inewsguyana.com] – Two Beterverwagting youths were rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital after they were involved in a violent confrontation.
iNews has been informed that the men were taking part in a game of football when one of the men accidentally bumped into the other and a confrontation began.
The men then got physical and while they were arguing, a friend of one of the young men showed up from behind and began chopping, while another friend joined.
Persons also confirmed that one of them was stabbed to eye. One of the injured is said to be a welder at GUYSUCO while the other is reportedly a miner.
Their names have been given as William Hendricks and “Buju.”
