Sixty – year – old Cleveland Watson and 61 – year – old Vendel Edingburg, both of North Ruimveldt, Georgetown appeared before Magistrate Ann Mc Lennan to answer the charge of Threatening Language which they allegedly committed against each other.
Both men pleaded not guilty to the offence. The court was told that on July 09 at North Ruimveldt, Georgetown, the duo, who are neighbours left their home and went to work. Watson came home first and noticed that a fence was removed from his property.
Later when Edingburg got home, both men had an exchange of words during which Watson threatened to kill Edingburg. Based on the police report, Cleveland Watson and Vendel Edingburg were placed on a bond to keep the peace for 12 months and in breach of this bond, will have to spend four months in prison.
