The Ministry of Public Infrastructure (MPI), has announced that it is planning the upgrade and extension of the Railway Embankment Road from Annandale to Hope, on the East Coast of Demerara (ECD).
Minister of Public Infrastructure, David Patterson has explained that plans are in the works to better manage traffic from Annandale to Belfield. (More details coming later)
