[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred at about 21:30hrs on Sunday October 11, 2015, at Number 58 Public Road, Corentyne, Berbice, and which resulted in the death of motor cyclist Anthony Persaud, 20 years, of Number 58 Village, Corentyne.
Investigations have revealed that Anthony Persaud collided with a horse that was on the roadway.
He received injuries and was taken to the Skeldon Hospital and later transferred to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he succumbed during yesterday, Monday October 12, 2015.
