[www.inewsguyana.com] – At about 10:30h, yesterday Saturday October 4, miner Nolan Lindie, 42 years, of Rosignol, West Bank Berbice, was working in a mining pit at Mahdia, Potaro, when the wall of the pit caved in on him.
He was later taken out and transported to the Mahdia Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Investigations are in progress.
