The ongoing National Recount of the ballots cast in the March 2 polls, has revealed that District Four Returning Officer, Clairmont Mingo, had heavily inflated figures in favour of the incumbent APNU/AFC Coalition.
Over the past few weeks, there have been several instances where the figures that were released by Mingo did not match the actual numbers of the official Statements of Poll (SoPs) and the Statements of Recount (SoRs).
