[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police are conducting investigations into the murder of miner Lionel Williams, 25 years, of Tin Cup Backdam, North West District.
According to a police report, the incident occurred at about 20:00 hrs on Monday, May 25 at Tin Cup Backdam.
The police revealed that Williams and two other men were imbibing at a shop, when an argument ensued among them during which he was fatally stabbed by the two men.
No arrest has been made as yet.
