Marks of violence have been found on the hand and head of the young boy who is currently a patient at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC).
The young man was dropped off at the institution by a police patrol vehicle on Wednesday September 4 around 9:33h. The boy of African descent is said to be between the ages of 10-12 years and is unresponsive, according to the GPHC.
Doctors attending to the boy related that he showed some sign of recovery and called out for someone by the name of “Simone”.
However, at that point he fainted and they tried to revive him again. According to hospital sources, the boy is said to be in a state of dehydration and not responding to medical attention for the past three days. The doctors plan to do another assessment on his condition until a final report can be made.
