[www.inewsguyana.com] – A man is now dead after he was brutally stabbed about his body during an argument at a popular bar at Soesdyke on the East Bank of Demerara (EBD) on Sunday, July 19.
According to the police, at approximately 00:10 hrs, 21-year-old Leroy Moore of Caneville Avenue, South Ruimveldt, Georgetown was at a Bar at Soesdyke, when he became involved in an argument with a group of men and was repeatedly stabbed.
Moore was pronounced dead on arrival at the Diamond Diagnostic Centre and the police have indicated that no arrests have been made as yet.
