[www.inewsguyana.com] – A 21 – year – old man is now nursing a gunshot wound to his groin after he was shot by a gunman during a robbery at Ogle, East Coast Demerara.
According to the Police, at about 09:15hrs Tuesday morning (February 18) 19 – year – old Travis Edwards and Earl 21 – year – old Earl Deokarran both of Ogle were attacked by a man armed with a firearm while crossing a bridge at Ogle.
The perpetrator took away a gold chain from Edwards and shot and injured Deokarran to his groin as he went to Edwards’ assistance. Deokarran has been admitted to the GPHC as investigations continue.
