(www.inewsguyana.com) – At about 05:15h. today Thursday March 06, 2014, Inshan Ramlakhan, 21 years, of Mon Repos, ECD, was walking along the Railway Embankment, Blygezight, Georgetown, when he was attacked by a man armed with a handgun.
He was held up and shot to his left shoulder by the perpetrator who took away three cell phones and $8,000.00 and escaped on a bicycle.
Inshan Ramlakhan has been admitted to hospital.
Investigations are in progress.
