Thirty – Eight – year old Anzel Robertson of Rasville Roxanne Burnham Gardens appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman charged with assault.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the offence which read that on June 26 in Georgetown he unlawfully assaulted Denise Fredericks.
However, the accused denied assaulting the complainant. Robertson said both of them had an exchange of words, which stemmed from a medical prescription.
The police prosecutor did not object to bail but told the court that the accused should be placed on a bond. Robertson was placed on $10,000 bail and a bond to keep the peace.[Royan Abrams]
