[www.inewsguyana.com] – Ron Forde appeared before City Magistrate, Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, August 13, charged with the capital offence of murder.
He was not required to plead to the charge, which alleged that on July 22, he shot and killed 20 – year – old Noel Luther at Carmichael and Quamina Streets, Georgetown.
The prosecution requested more time to complete their investigations and Forde was remanded to prison until August 31. A wanted bulletin was issued for Forde and his accomplice, Kanand Ojha, who is a businessman of Lot 2 First Street, Meadow Bank, EBD, shortly after the murder of the gay commercial sex worker.
Ojha is still at large. iNew had reported that Luther of Durban Street, Wortmanville was killed after Ojha allegedly complained to Forde that he did not like the ‘service’ he received from the sex worker after paying his money.
Forde then allegedly armed himself with a gun and approached the sex worker to return the money. An argument ensued between Luther and the armed man when he was shot.

Life has become so cheap in Guyana that one can be killed for not providing the expected sexual favors for money. Now this murdering idiot must face justice. And where is the undercover homosexual Kanand Ojha he has the funds to disappear while this murdering dummy is looking at a long stretch behind bars rightly so. A Sexual Trade Encounter That Was Not Appreciated.
Let me see if I could rationalize this issue.
Kanand Ojha complained to his accomplice Ron Forde, that his Homosexual activity with Hustler/Prostitute Noel Luther (now dead), was not to his satisfaction. So he ask RON FORDE to take his life.
Well, if every time you seek the services of a Prostitute or Whore, and he/she does not satisfy your needs, you kill them.
Then I presume, he did not pay an amount EQUITABLE to the services he required.
