[www.inewsguyana.com] – A 37 – year – old Lindener was on Tuesday April 07, placed on $30,000 bail by Magistrate Fabayo Azore for the offences of disorderly behaviour and indecent exposure.
Jomo Gordon, a labourer of Lot 153 Wisroc, Wismar Linden pleaded not guilty to both charges, one of which alleged that on April 05 at Jeep Landing, Kwakwani Upper Berbice River, he exposed his genitals to Keon Alexander and another person.
The other charge alleged that on the same day also at Jeep Landing, he behaved in a disorderly manner.
Gordon’s Attorney-at-law, Konyo Thompson- Sandiford requested bail for her client on the grounds that he does not pose a flight risk.
The defendant was ordered to post $25,000 bail for the indecent exposure charge and $5,000 for the disorderly behaviour charge. The matter was transferred to Kwakwani Magistrate’s Court for April 17.
