Lethem Labourer charged for stealing Cows

[www.inewsguyana.com] – Twenty – two – year – old Robert Khan, a labourer of Lethem was charged with the offence of simple larceny and placed on $100,000 bail by Magistrate Fabayo Azore.

Khan pleaded not guilty to the charge, which alleged that between June 11 and 13 at Lethem; he stole from Derrick Tunaram, three cows together valued $300,000.

He will make his next Court appearance before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on September 2.
