[www.inewsguyana.com] – United States based Guyanese Euleen Josiah-Tanner continues to run well to start 2015 with another win at the Chattahoochee 10k on Saturday in Atlanta, Georgia.
Josiah-Tanner clocked 40 minutes flat to win the event in cold conditions at 15 degrees in a race that had 1500 starters.
Josiah-Tanner noted she was “happy” with the win despite the slow time. “In temperatures like that you just have to run for the win and not time, my muscles never got fully warmed, my toes and fingers were numb despite wearing two pairs of gloves and socks so it’s a good win for me,” Josiah-Tanner stated.
Meanwhile, she will be competing in the Atlantic Mission 5k on February 21 as she aims to add another win to her name.
