[www.inewsguyana.com] – Fast blower, Raun Johnson has been named as the replacement for Ronsford Beaton in tomorrow’s Regional four day Second Round Game against Barbados.
The former national Under-19 player was called up for duties on account of a side injury incurred by Beaton while batting in the first round game against Jamaica last week.
Beaton joins the Injury list which already includes Ramnaresh Sarwan (back), Shivnarine Chanderpaul (finger) and Leon Johnson (knee).
The West Indies Cricket Board sanctioned Regional Four-Day Competition will be a day night encounter in this round beginning from 15:00.
