Jagdeo says Trotman has joined Opposition’s obsession with ‎him

[www.inewsguyana.com] – Former President Bharrat Jagdeo says recent comments by Opposition member, Raphael Trotman is an indication of his distraction caused by serious allegations made against him to the police.

Jagdeo, in an invited comment told iNews that had Trotman paid close attention to his remarks he would have understood the context of his offer to debate the Opposition.

At a recent press conference, the media asked the former President if he is willing to debate the Opposition on his track record when in government. Jagdeo responded positively saying he was willing to do so with individual members or the collective Opposition.

According to the former President, Trotman did not pay attention to his statement nor context about debating the Opposition on allegations and attacks against the PPP and the government.

“He has now signed up with the Opposition’s obsession with Jagdeo,” the former President remarked.

Trotman, who is co-chair of the APNU-AFC campaign, told a news conference on Friday, March 27 that the former President should not seek to insert himself in such issues.

“Let Mr Jagdeo stay out of this race; we are running against Mr Ramotar and Elisabeth Harper” said Trotman adding “there seems to be two people holding up the flag and saying I want to be President of Guyana…that’s where the PPP is concerned.”

The AFC founder pointed out too that he is unsure which individual is the Presidential candidate of the PPP/C given the prominence of the Former President on the Party’s campaign trail.

First his comments were taken out of context at babu john now his words to debate the opposition is taken out of context. When Ramator gon learn. Jagdeo is not running for president. Guyanese, no the majority of Guyanese don’t want any part of the man especially his illegal wife.

  3. As it is there are hundreds of things that Raphael Trotman is not sure about. Now the Nation got an opportunity to see how goatish Trotman is, he wants Dr. Jagdeo to stay out of the race. “Let Mr. Jagdeo stay out of the race; we are running against Mr. Ramotar and Elizabeth Harper” How confused are these Goats? He said “WE” Therefore the entire APNU-AFC wants to run against two PPP, WOW!!
    Well there you have it dumb asses of the PNC-AFC, the Doctor is ready to debate all of you fools now. I hope Cristopher Ram wear a really good suspender, and Harmon a good army boots. Felix and Williams can bring Glen Lall and his hundred millions that they were talking about. That conversation is on the internet for all to Google and listen.
