[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Athletics Association of Guyana (AAG) has been forced to postpone their Senior Athletics Championships again due to the inclement weather.
It adds to a string of postponements, starting in December 2013, all of which were caused by the inclement weather patterns.
The event which was set for the Enmore Community Centre Ground last weekend had been shifted to this weekend but again had to be postponed.
The new date for the event is February 24 at the Police Sports Club Ground, Eve Leary. It will be used as a basis for selection for the South American Games Team and will also work as a season opener for the sport.
