[www.inewsguyana.com] – A Husband who has been reported missing since Christmas Day (December 25) is yet to make contact with his family, if he is still alive.
Twenty five – year – old Avinash Persaud of Lusignan, East Coast Demerara has not been in touch with his wife and daughter after leaving their home on Christmas Day.
According to reports, Persaud left home with the intention to go by his cousin in Tuschen, East Bank of Essequibo but apparently never got there.
When iNews visited the man’s wife Thakurani Dukhia at their Lusignan home on Wednesday (January 8), the weeping woman recalled his activities on the day he went missing.
The woman said their relationship was intact and is stunned as to why he would run away as is suspected.
She is pleading with her husband to return home, if not for her for his one – year – old daughter.
