Guyana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has held informal discussions with Senator Dr Amery Browne, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs of Trinidad and Tobago.
During the discussion, both Ministers underscored the valuable bilateral relationship and longstanding, strong ties.
They agreed to meet formally on matters of mutual interest on Wednesday via videoconference.
The meeting comes on the heels of recent events whereby Guyana and TT were at odds on issues of Covid vaccines and flood relief.
