The Guyana Telephone Telegraph company (GTT) earlier this morning officially launched yet another Customer Experience Store, on lot 55 Brickdam Georgetown, with the objective to “do more” for its customers.
The new store, recorded as the third customer experience store attached to the GTT, is now located in the building which formerly housed the Black Berry Store.
According to the company’s Head of Marketing, Allison Dundas, the opening of another store is for the convenience of customers, since it provides a “one stop shop” experience.
“You can come here and you can do everything GTT and you leave, and you do it in an atmosphere that is friendly,” she said.
Additionally, the entity’s Chief Executive Officer, Justin Nedd noted that the company is going through a period of immense changes, highlighting that persons can now expect a brighter store that is more customer centric.
“What you can expect is a more brighter store, a more engaging environment…this is really our signature to what we will do in the future,” Nedd explained.(Ramona Luthi)
