iNews understands that Dr. Singh was relaxing at his neighbour’s shop when two men came into the shop; persons who were sitting under a shed were not suspicious of the men since it was raining and thought the men were merely seeking shelter.
It was seconds later that the men pulled out their guns and proceeded to rob the persons who were sitting under the shed. One of the men placed a gun to Dr Singh’s neck and warned him after he attempted to ‘jump’ one of the gunmen.
The gunmen then placed the victims in the bathroom and proceeded to ransack the house. The men were only taken out of the bathroom when the police came 45 minutes later.
Dr. Singh told iNews that this incident has left him traumatized. The victims were relieved of all their personal items and cash.
