[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) will in the near future launch one of several initiatives aimed at developing the sport at the youth level.
According to new Technical Director of the Golden Jaguars Mark Rodrigues, the initiative will try to get youths involved in the sport at the school level.
Rodrigues, who spoke briefly about the project said that proof of school attendance as well as registering with football club within the community, will be two aspects of selection for the program.
He believes that those requirements will augur well to ensure the gelling of both education and sport. The kick start program is set to be launched in February.
