India give ten million to Gecom. But they have been giving the PPP tens of Billions of dollars. Guyana wealth is not from tax, it is from the middle east and India, China, and Norway.

Kudos to PM Narendra Modi & the Government & People of India for making this most generous contribution towards the safeguarding of democracy. What has China given Guyana other than corrupt best practices and supporting the grand larcenists at large. Orupaadu nanni to HC Mahalingam.
