[www.inewsguyana.com] – Twenty – six – year Gavin Bachan of Enmore, East Coast Demerara was killed this morning after the vehicle he was driving slammed into the Kitty Seawall in the vicinity of the Celina Resort.
iNews understands that the young man was out partying at a popular night spot in the city and was on his way home this morning when the accident occurred.
Bachan has been working with the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) for the past five years and at the time of his death, he was an Assistant Registration Officer. Ironically also, he proceeded on his annual leave yesterday ahead of his birthday today, Tuesday, November 04.
The entire left side of his black Alteeza Motorcar is badly damaged as a result of the accident.
