[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Guyana Badminton Association will be running off the Guyana Olympic Association [GOA] ‘Discover’ Open Badminton Tournament on June 21 – 22 at Queens College Badminton Court.
This is one of a number of activities the GOA does annually for the Olympic season. The Tournament starts at 13:00 hrs on Saturday.
The Events are: Men’s singles, Ladies singles, Men doubles, Ladies doubles and Mix doubles.
Although a lot of the players will be doing their end of term tests this month, the GBA still expect a large turnout especially with the seasoned players.
The tournament is an open tournament and anyone wishing to participate can contact the Badmintopn Association President Mr. Gokarn Ramdhani on 592 621 5804.
