[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Guyana Amateur Power Lifting Federation (GAPF) will stage this year’s novices and Junior Championships at the National Gymnasium on Mandela Avenue set for April 6.
A release from the power lifting federation indicated that they have chosen the venue following several possible hosting grounds.
Meanwhile, the G.A.P.F. athletes are being reminded to register by the march 30. Competition fee is $1,000 while admission will be $500 for spectators.
Weigh in begins at 8 hours and the starting time is 10:00 hours. The Federation has advised that athletes who are not registered members of the federation will be required to register prior to competing.
