Dont forget,is Guyana,,and some ppl will do anything to pay a bribe,,and the crocked cops will take it,,a lot has to be done to improve the system,,,happy new year to all
I wonder how much over the legal limit these people were when tested?
Look at those smiling faces of these shameless, reckless, irresponsible drink drivers! The fine imposed is nothing but mockery. Their licences should have been suspended for almost one year with points added and be kept there for three years. Should they commit the same offence at any time during that period then their licences should be suspended for three years with three additional points. Accumulated points of up to nine then their licences should be withdrawn for a longer time if it means for life. The number of accidents on the roads are not only caused by drink driving but poor driving skills as well as carefree attitude. The deplorable conditions of the roads are also a major factor contributing to accidents. In their efforts trying to dodge the huge pot holes, speeding drivers loose control and subsequently, serious accidents and even deaths
