A house located at Buxton on the East Coast Demerara (ECD) was this afternoon destroyed by fire.
INews understands that the house belonged to a woman named “Miss Velma” who recently buried her son.
Residents of the community have expressed dissatisfaction with the slow response from the Fire Service.
