Desmond Simpson, 49, appeared in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts after he was arraigned for sharing obscene photos of his wife on three occasions.
The man’s wife Simone Simpson told the court that she doesn’t want to go ahead with the matter. However Magistrate Leron Daly refused to discontinue the matter and told the man “Aren’t you too old for this sort of behaviour, you shouldn’t even be accused of this offence”.
The father of ten was placed on $70,000 on each charge. The matter will continue of September 7.
