[Independent UK] – Facebook users are complaining that the website is down, just a week after the hugely popular social networking website experienced similar outages.
Users of the website quickly took to rival social networks, including Twitter, to flag up the stoppage.
It remains unclear why the website is not working for some of its 1 billion users.
