[www.inewsguyana.com] – Twenty – three – year old Kishan Singh was remanded to prison by Magistrate Sunil Scarce for the possession of cocaine.
He appeared at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court, where the prosecutor noted that on August 05, during a police patrol, he was found with a whitish substance in his possession adding up to four grams.
Singh, a labourer pleaded not guilty to the charge and was represented by Attorney – at – Law, Lachmie Dindyal. He will make another appearance in Court on September 8.
