An 18-year-old lad from Supenaam, Essequibo Coast was Sunday allegedly stabbed to death by his 17-year-old friend.
Clive Osborne received stab wounds to his head, chest and abdomen.
INews understands that Osborne and his friend were imbibing at a shop when an argument ensued at around 19:00hrs.
Reports are that the friend whipped out a knife and dealt Osborne several stabs about his body.
The teen was picked up in an unconscious state and rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The suspect has since been arrested and is assisting with the investigation.
