[www.inewsguyana.com] – A Dynamic Airways Boeing 767 touched down at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA),yesterday (Thursday, June 12), and is one of two such planes to serve the Georgetown – New York route when the Airline officially commences operation on June 26, 2014.
This aircraft will be stationed here and the company has assured that there will be other such planes assisting whenever the need arises.
A crew also came with the plane and toured the CJIA.
The United States registered Dynamic Airlines officially launched its services in Guyana last week with approval from the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) where it was announced that flights will commence between New York and Guyana at an introductory cost of US$499.
Persons flying from Guyana to JFK on any of the four days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) will be required to pay US$575 and will be allowed two pieces of luggage at 55 pounds each and one hand luggage at 25 pounds.
Dynamic Airways has partnered with Guyana’s very own Roraima Airways to bring this service to Guyanese.
The fleet of Boeing 767s will also be flying to other destinations including Barbados, Brazil and Toronto twice weekly.
