[www.inewsguyana.com] – A rescue team has been dispatched to Arau, Region Seven where a single engine light aircraft crashed after takeoff at approximately 11:14 am today ( March 18).
Three persons are reportedly seriously injured. According to the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) the aircraft is privately owned.
The pilot is in constant contact with the Rescue Coordination Centre, Timehri Control tower. Details emerging.
