[www.inewsguyana.com] – Dart enthusiasts are expected to whet their appetites during this weekend with a pre-Easter tournament.
The Guyana Dart Association (GDA) announced that the tournament is sponsored Dr. Terrence Joseph. The G.D.A. sanctioned tournament is expected to commence on Friday, April 11 from 19:30 at the Malteenoes Sports Club.
The tournament will see specialized classes including the Men and Women’s Singles as well as luck of the draw doubles with the winners of the various tournaments given cash prizes.
The Association further stated that being the first tournament after the G.D.A. financial year end, subscription fees for 2014 will not be required for this tournament.
However, all fees must be paid on or before May 30, after which members will not be allowed to enter into any G.D.A. sponsored tournament.
