Guyana has recorded five new cases of the novel coronavirus, taking the total positives detected to date to 63,258.
There are four persons in the ICU, eight in institutional isolation, 66 in home isolation, and 11 in institutional quarantine.
Recoveries stand at 61,954 while the death toll remains at 1,226.
